The DM Pack ICE carton wrapping and banding machine is a highly automated solution for packaging individual products or multipacks by wrapping them in die-cut cardboard sheets, which are glued at the bottom.
The primary function of the ICE machine is to wrap the product in a flat cardboard sheet and seal it at the bottom, ensuring packaging stability and consistent quality.
Flat cardboard sheets are precisely picked from the feed magazine, aligned above the product arriving on the infeed conveyor, and then folded around the product.
The process is completed by applying glue to the bottom, guaranteeing a reliable and durable seal.

The ICE machine features a compact design and an integrated infeed conveyor, making it easy to integrate into existing packaging lines.
Format changes can be performed automatically via motorized movements controlled from the touchscreen, reducing setup times and enhancing production flexibility.
