Steam generator center Steamrator 3000

Steamrator steam generators are manufactured in sizes from 0.18 to 3.5 MW.
They are ready-to-use equipment units that can be placed either in existing premises or
built at the factory in a thermally insulated, steel-structured container as a ready-made boiler room.

The steam generator is an automatic unit that can be operated without constant manning
Alarm outputs in the control center (potential-free contacts)
Start-up time of approximately 5 to 7 minutes, after which full-power steam production
The amount of feed water is automatically controlled by a frequency converter
A steam dryer that removes residual moisture from the steam
Blow-outs through the bottom valves of the dryer and feed water tank, e.g. to a blow-out tank or well
The power of the device can be adjusted by changing the pump rotation speed and burner settings.
