Schiele_Easycoater_Vacuum_Coating machine Schiele Easycoater Vacuum Coating machine

SCHIELE Easycoater VACUMat vacuum coating line.

Vacuum technology for vacuum surface treatment of profiled wood, such as panels, door panels, floorboards, profile bars,...

The flexibility and complexity of vacuum coating technology make it possible to produce homogeneous, loss-free, overspray-free, profiling-free and continuously repeatable surface coatings for profiled wood.

Technical principle

The varnishing of the workpiece takes place in a coating chamber. In the process, the negative pressure generated in the entire machine frame spins the material into a colored mist. The workpiece is transported through this mist and coated from all sides.
As it leaves the chamber, the profiled wood passes through a mold that is adjusted to the shape of the workpiece.
The sucked-in air passes between the mold and the workpiece next to the profile, homogenizes the color and sucks the material waste back into the chamber. A loss-free cycle is created, in which air passes through the separation system and the varnish is removed.
The separated material is collected in a container and pumped back into the application chamber via a filter system.
