Multivac R530 thermoforming laitteen on valmistanut saksalainen Multivac Sepp Haggenmuller vuonna 1994 ja se on suunniteltu pakkaamaan hyvin erilaisia tuotteita kuten lääketeollisuuden haavatyynyjä ja tavallisia elitarviketuotteita. Tämä multivac laite on ollut haavatyynyjen pakkauksessa ja on siten erittäin siistissä kunnossa. Laitteeseen kuuluu alkuperäinen englannin kielinen käyttöohje ja varaosakirja.

Multivac R530 (form/fill/seal machine) is manufactured by German Multivac Sepp Haggenmüller GmbH in year 1994 and R530 is designed for high capacity packing of various products, particularly sterile medical and various normal food products. Multi-die vacuum forming, packing film feeding with electric motor driven reels of film with MC 92 control unit combined with high cycle speed makes machine very suitable for complex packaging applications.

This thermoforming machine has been in medical pad production (in a clean air room) and is thus in very clean condition. The frame is divided in two separable parts for transportation – first part comprising of 4 pneumatic press-assisted forming units and second part of product loading, cover film sealing and 6 cutting units. The vacuum thermoforming machine is equipped with various accessories like four forming units with pneumatic presses, an optic product quality checking (top side) unit, place for an ink jet printer (the printer not included in the scope) and 6 paper cutting compartments. This packing machine comes with separate vacuum pump, 3 different die sets and original operation manual & spare part catalogue in English language.

The operation is controlled by micro processor based MC 92 control unit which allows max 32 different applications, i.e. temperature, limits, times, advance data, forming and sealing program etc stored in its memory. Each these settings can be loaded back into current memory when application needs to repeated. This machine has manual settings for pressure levels, shut-off valve positions, mechanical forming depth adjustment of dies etc.
